A good focaccia must be tender and crunchy at the same time. Ours is homemade, very juicy and aromatic, with a crumb riddled with air eyes.... We cover it with gorgonzola cheese, rosemary and onion. If you haven't tried it... it's a delight!

Moroccan couscous salad dish, tasty and full of oven-roasted vegetables, sure to be a success! We spice the cous cous but it is very mild, we add baby spinach, tomato, baked carrot and pomegranate. In addition, we add a dressing of hummus, chickpea and vinaigrette with a slight curry flavor. Mix it all together before eating.
