Vegan Tofu Poke Bowl

This is a salad designed and created by enlagloria salad house. We have decided to collaborate with them to be able to offer you a wider variety of salads.

It has a base of brown rice topped with tofu, edamame with sesame, wakame seaweed and a miso ginger dressing.

Ingredients: brown rice, tofu, edamame with sesame, wakame seaweed and miso ginger dressing (olive oil, rice vinegar, agave syrup, white miso, salt, ginger).
