A cream that can be enjoyed cold but also hot. The truth is that it is a simple cream that is very appealing at this time of year, a classic spoon dish. Traditional cream, with leek and onion and very little potato.
To launch this pasta we had many discussions... We created it because we were undecided about what we like more... pesto? or tomato sauce? We have added both sauces to this pasta and it is delicious!
