Baos are those typical Taiwanese street food steamed baos that we find irresistible. They can be served with whatever you like, although it is typical to serve it with Pulled Pork. The meat is prepared at low temperature for about 8 hours, a sauce is added with soy, rice vinegar, ginger and many spices....., it is very tasty and delicious to serve with the pa bao, we also add BBQ sauce.

Ingredients: bao, pulled pork (fat, all, comí, mostassa, white vinegar, sweet red pepper, spicy red pepper, crushed tomato, quètxup, Perrins sauce, sucre), emmental cheese, barbecue sauce, pipes, sesame, olive oil and salt.
