This is a quinoa salad with a very good mix of flavors. We dress the quinoa with a soy vinaigrette (it is essential that you mix everything) and we also add ingredients such as cashew nuts, buckwheat, edamame, dried tomato...This recipe comes from a family trip in Asia, we liked its explosion of flavors and we decided to create this new recipe for our menu.
