Típica receta de domingo en casa, plato de éxito.  Para cambiar un poco, cambiamos la fideuá tradicional y os planteamos una con setas, apta para veganos. Le da un toque distinto y el resultado es muy bueno. 

Ingredientes: fideos, setas, sal, aceite, ajo, perejil, sofrito (cebolla y tomate), caldo de verduras, capsula de mayonesa vegana con toque de setas (leche de soja, polvo de setas)
