Baos are typical Taiwanese street food buns that are steamed and that we find irresistible. They can be filled with whatever you want although it is typical to fill them with Pulled Pork. The meat is prepared at low temperature for almost 8 hours, it becomes very tender and is shredded to fill the bao bun. We will also add BBQ sauce.
