One of our favorite salads. Baked pear, onion, spinach and chopped walnuts are the perfect combination and we have added gorgonzola to finish it off. We accompany it with a vinaigrette to complement the dish.
Ingredients: pear, gorgonzola, spinach, onion, walnuts, quinoa, oil, vinaigrette (tahini, lemon, oil), pepper and salt.
