This chicken recipe is delicious. You know we love chicken, and in our workshop we often prepare it using different recipes. We make this chicken following my grandmother’s advice but giving it a modern twist. We marinate the chicken with fine herbs and serve it with a mix of Venere rice, tomatoes, and sun-dried tomato mayonnaise. The combination of chicken and sun-dried tomato mayonnaise works really well ;)
