This is a simple but very good salad. For those days when you feel like eating something light, healthy and fresh.
The salad goes with lentils, tomato and lots of spices for flavor. We put a vinaigrette with lemon juice.

An ideal finger foor. Chicken fingers with a lemon and kimchi mayonnaise that gives rock n'roll. They are quite big portions.

Ingredients: chicken, panko, rosemary, garlic, oil, kimchi and mayonnaise with lemon, egg and flour.
Instructions: Put them in the oven 150º for 10 minutes.
A good focaccia should be tender and crunchy at the same time. the flavour of gorgonzola , rosemary and onion is really really good!
It is perfect to use as a starter or as a snack.
Bake in the oven until the cheese melts :) and yumm... enjoy!
