A typical dish here in Catalonia. Meat cannelloni are laborious, which is why young people don't usually make them.

We make the cannelloni with three types of meat in the filling (beef, pork and chicken) and then we give them a touch of truffle.

Small food tray: 8 cannelloni

Large food tray: for 5 people (15 cannelloni) 

Ingredientes: chicken, beef, lamb, pork, onion, carrot, leek, butter, flour, milk
