This chicken recipe is really good. We cook this chicken remembering my grandmother's advice but giving it a modern touch. We marinate the chicken with fine herbs and as side dish we mix it with venere rice and dried tomato mayonnaise. The mixture of chicken and dry tomato mayonnaise is super good ;)

Ingredients: Chicken breasts with minced Mediterranean herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano), oil, garlic, venere & white rice, lemon, mayonnaise, tomato, basil.
