Legume salads are a staple on our menu, and this chickpea salad combined with hard-boiled egg and avocado is nutritionally super complete. We accompany it with a mustard dressing in a capsule.
Prawns with Japanese bread. Prawns breaded with panko breadcrumbs. We will serve them with lemon mayonnaise and kimchi.
