Fantastic platter with falafels and different types of hummus (chickpea, beet and guacamole). The idea is that it is a dish to try new flavours and mix the falafels with the different hummus and pita bread. We will accompany it with very soft spiced quinoa tabbouleh, cherry tomatoes, zucchini.
To launch this pasta we had many discussions... We created it because we were undecided about what we like more... pesto? or tomato sauce? We have added both sauces to this pasta and it is delicious!
