A good focaccia should be tender and crispy at the same time. Ours is homemade, very moist and aromatic, with a crumb full of air pockets... We bake this focaccia with vegan pesto, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini.
Prawns with Japanese bread. Prawns breaded with panko breadcrumbs. We will serve them with lemon mayonnaise and kimchi.
