One of the pillars of the food and beverage sector in Catalonia is its innovative capacity. There was a gap and a need that made me jump in”.

Vallcorba explains that growing without funds has its positive and negative points, like everything in life. Growing up without funds you often develop a mindset of doing more with less and finding inventive ways to approach problems.
