This simple recipe for stewed cuttlefish with peas is the traditional one we have always prepared at home. A stew from the classic Catalan recipe book: cuttlefish, peas and a very tasty "chup chup" that is just what you're looking for at this time of year. As traditional as it is nutritionally wise, it combines this legume with the protein of the cuttlefish, and we add potato as a carbohydrate... what we call a complete and healthy dish.

Ingredients: peas, cuttlefish, potato, laurel, oil, tomato, onion, fish fumet.
