Konjac Fetuccine with Red Pesto
DPastaKonjac pasta has almost 30 times less calories than regular pasta with only 10 kcal per 100g and is very low in carbohydrates! Its high fibre content gives you satiety for hours, and it's also gluten-free.
We cooked it with sun-dried tomato and almond pesto, along with roasted aubergines and cherry tomatoes, garnished with marjoram and sage.
