Lentils, Feta cheese, Eggplant and Mezclum salad

This is a salad designed and created by enlagloria salad house. We have decided to collaborate with them to be able to offer you a wider variety of salads.

It is a salad with a base of lentils, feta cheese, eggplant ... we add mezclum and a balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients: mezclum, lentils, feta cheese, eggplant and balsamic vinaigrette (olive oil, orange juice, sherry vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper).
