BEnsaladaToday I present to you a simple salad, but with a lot of history, the Waldorf salad, which you have surely heard mentioned hundreds of times, but if you are like me, you have tried it on few occasions.
The Waldorf salad was born at the end of the 19th century, at the Waldorf Hotel, where a salad was invented that consisted of only three ingredients: celery, apple, and a mayonnaise. The salad went on to become a star dish and is currently one of the most famous salads around the world.
