We tried this recipe in a restaurant and we loved it! We wanted to adapt this recipe and prepare it with a glazed onions and grilled mushrooms.

Ingredients: turkey, bay leaf, aniseed, brandy, chicken stock, hibiscus pepper, pearl onions, mushrooms, oil, pepper and salt.
