Fish Frikadeles
KPescadomenúThese fish cakes are fresh, delicious and perfect for lunch. We pair them with homemade sauce. They are a typical dish in Denmark and nordic countries, like fish burgers (white hake and salmon) and thay are super delicious... Baked or grilled, without any fat.
We serve them with mashed sweet potato, leek, broccoli and yogurt sauce as a topping.
Ingredients: Frikkadeles (white fish, salmon, egg, onion, coriander, turmeric, lemon juice, ginger), broccoli, sweet potato puree (sweet potato puree (sweet potato, butter, salt, pepper) and yogurt sauce (greek yogurt, mayonnaise, perrins, pickle).
