Turmeric is one of the most appreciated spices lately in gastronomy. Not only for its intense flavor but also for its nutritional properties for our body. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects are known in India. We discovered this recipe one day when we wanted to try a chicken that was different from the classic roasted chicken, we wanted a basic dish with flavor that everyone would like (the spices are not spicy).
