In summer we love gazpachos and, in winter, tomato creams. Is a warm tomato cream that reminds us of caprese salad, very light. We accompany it with a traditional pesto without parmesan (spinach, almond, basil) to give it a touch ;)

Topping: toasted sliced almonds (in a separate sachet).
