Heura with Turmeric Hummus and Vegetables
LPolloWe were really looking forward to introduce Heura in our menu and here is the first recipe.
Turmeric is one of the most appreciated spices in gastronomy lately. Not only for its intense flavor but also for its nutritional properties for our body. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects are known in India.
Ingredients: Heura (spicy morsels), cauliflower, fava beans or eggplant , cherry, chickpea hummus (chickpea, turmeric), sesame, oriental spices, cornstarch and salt.
