Ingredients: porcini, other mushrooms, onion, leek, vegetable cream, milk, panko, breadcrumbs, wheat flour, oil, brandy, garlic, salt, pepper.
Roasted eggplant slices, spiced crispy chickpeas and both fresh and sun-dried tomatoes. All paired with a hummus made from marinated Kalamata olives and thyme for an incredible touch. Mix it well and get ready for a bite full of flavor and texture. Yum!

A good focaccia should be tender and crispy at the same time. Ours is homemade, very moist and aromatic, with a crumb full of air pockets... We bake this focaccia with vegan pesto, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini.
