Ingredients: beef, spring onion, capers, perrins, mustard, arugula, tabasco, egg, oil, pepper, chives, artichoke, gherkin, straw potatoes, mustard hummus (chickpeas, mustard, tahini, cumin).
We use the traditional recipe, the one we have always used. A fresh, summery starter that goes down very well (light and soft version). It also comes with crunchy croutons in a separate bag.
