It's one of our best-selling pastas and a dish option you're sure to love. Normally, we use a pasta called orichietti, typical Italian. The sauce is great, perfect for mushroom lovers like me. We add spinach to lighten it up a bit.
We use the traditional recipe, the one we have always used. A fresh, summery starter that goes down very well (light and soft version). It also comes with crunchy croutons in a separate bag.
The dukkah is a mixture of seeds and spices typical of Egypt, they are mild spices but give a different touch to the carrot cream. Healthy and light cream!
Just to tell you that we make the traditional Italian recipe, with onion, bacon and egg yolk, but without cream. We add a little parmesan cheese... sensational!
