By combining the artichoke with pasta you get a complete dish. At the base of the dish, sweet Parmesan cream, on top the pasta, sautéed artichokes, the spark of dried tomato and a touch of walnut. Artichokes go great with Parmesan.

Ingredients: pasta, artichoke, walnuts, cream, cheese, thyme, marjoram, dried tomato, garlic oil (high oleic oil and garlic), salt and pepper.
