This recipe is inspired by a restaurant in NYC, it is a chain called Chipotle. It specializes in Tex-Mex food, preparing burritos and tacos in a bowl. You choose the type of rice you want, the beans, the type of meat (chicken, beef, pork, and even tofu) and one of their sauces (sour cream, cheese, guacamole). We liked the concept so much that we decided to launch our version of Chipotle Chicken.

It is a burrito bowl (Bowl without tortilla): chicken marinated with Mexican spices, pico de gallo, beans, sautéed rice, and sauce.
