Katsu Chicken Fingers
LPolloKatsu chicken is a Japanese recipe with different Japanese, Korean and Hawaiian versions. It is crusted and fried chicken breast, very crispy, with a sauce for dipping. We make this version by grilling it, but keeping the crispy crust. Accompanied with chickpea hummus, arugula, carrots. In addition, we include a tub of Japanese mayonnaise.
Ingredients: Chicken, red quinoa, panko, sesame, coriander, parma, arugula, leek, carrot, oil, salt, water, lemon, mustard, soy, egg, flour, chickpea hummus.
