Chicken Aji
LPolloThe chicken ají is a traditional recipe of Peruvian cuisine, the origin of this recipe is the manjar blanco, a sweet dish based on chicken meat, sugar, almond flour, but over the years the recipe was versioned to reach the traditional aji de pollo, a combination of chicken with chili.
Ingredients: chicken breast, white bread, black pepper, cumin, onion, garlic, turmeric, chicken broth, milk, salt, aji amarillo, baked potato, olive, hard-boiled egg, coriander and mustard.
