I tried it in a restaurant and I loved it, a cream with very few ingredients, super easy to cook and very light. It has a mild flavor with a special touch that the basil gives it.
To launch this pasta we had many discussions... We created it because we were undecided about what we like more... pesto? or tomato sauce? We have added both sauces to this pasta and it is delicious!
