Ingredients: Milk, chicken, panko (wheat), onion, wheat flour, corn flour, sunflower oil, cognac, salt, garlic, aromatic herbs, pepper, and nutmeg.
A good focaccia should be tender and crispy at the same time. Ours is homemade, very moist and aromatic, with a crumb full of air pockets... We bake this focaccia with vegan pesto, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini.
By combining the artichoke with pasta you get a complete dish. At the base of the dish, sweet Parmesan cream, on top the pasta, sautéed artichokes, the spark of dried tomato and a touch of walnut. Artichokes go great with Parmesan.
