The italian classic of homemade ragú bolognese and creamy béchamel, layered with sheets of fresh or dried pasta.

Layers of pasta coated in a luxurious mix of hearty rafù bolognese (slow cooked meat sauce) and creamy bechamel (white sauce). It's one of the world's great baked pastas. 

Instructions: HEAT 180º for 20-30min. If the tray is frozen, leave it in the oven preheated 180º and bake for 50-55 min

Formats: for 6 pax,. 2,5kg

Ingredients: ragout (minced pork, beef, celery, carrot, leek, onion, tomato, white wine, salt and oil), bechamel sauce (milk, butter, pepper, salt and flour), lasagna pasta, grated parmesan cheese,  sugar, milk, grated cheese
