I absolutely love these aubergines! We cut them in half and roast them, season them with spices (they’re not spicy), and you end up with an aubergine that just melts in your mouth… I really encourage you to give it a try!
Baos are those breads typical of taiwanese street food that are steamed. They can be filled with a lot of flavours. It is typical to fill it with Pulled Pork. The meat is cooked at low temperature for almost 8 hours, a sauce with soy, rice vinegar, ginger and many spices... We will also add BBQ sauce.
You need to heat them 15 seconds in the microwave...

Ingredients: hamburger bun, chopped calf, goat cheese, tomato jam, caramelized onion, arugula.
A good focaccia should be tender and crunchy at the same time. the flavour of tomatoes, a touch of rosemary and kamalata olives it's great!
It is perfect to use as a starter or as a snack.
