Thinly sliced veal round, with a classic fresh sauce, roasted artichokes, all served with a light tartar sauce.
Ingredients: Beef, peas, onion, artichoke, mayonnaise, for the tartar sauce (pickles, mustard, caper, mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper).
There is always a place for dessert, and a sin like this is completely irresistible.
Ingredients: oreos, milk, milk replacer, sugar, cream, philadelphia.
In summer, we love gazpachos, and in winter, tomato soups. Slow-cooked, this warm tomato cream reminds us of a Caprese salad—very light. We serve it with a traditional pesto without parmesan (spinach, almond, basil) for an extra touch ;)

Another Italian recipe that we adapted to our taste, with the meat very rare and adding tuna sauce and capers. We accompany it with zucchini, eggplant, and peas mixed with parsley.
