I love cooking with chicken, both because it’s so easy to create flavourful dishes and because it’s so versatile when you want to give it a personal touch. Today we’re preparing traditional garlic chicken; the garlic doesn’t overpower the flavour of the chicken, and we give it a light, gentle touch (nothing strong).
