A good focaccia must be tender and crispy at the same time, juicy and aromatic, with a crumb full of air eyes. It is a very moist dough. We cover it with Provençal tomatoes, a touch of rosemary and kalamata olives.

It is important to include legumes in our diet. This lentil salad is delicious. I tried it for the first time one Sunday at home, we had no food and we improvised with ingredients we had in the fridge... we liked it so much that we decided to include it in the menu.
