Esta elaboración ("köfte") se asemeja mucho a la de las albóndigas ya que se hacen con una masa de carne picada condimentada con especias, cebolla y un poco de ajo. Se pueden comer a la plancha o brasa. Te proponemos hacerlas de cordero y las serviremos con una salsa de yogur.
