El curry proviene del sur de Asia, éste lleva tomate, cebolla, manzana cocida, comino, canela, cardamomo, trocitos de manzana... Es una salsa que va muy bien con el pollo, y hoy además os serviremos contra muslos deshuesados ( más tiernos y sabrosos) .
