Baos are typical Taiwanese street food buns that are steamed and that we find irresistible. They can be filled with whatever you want, although it is typical to fill them with Pulled Pork. The meat is prepared at low temperature for almost 8 hours, a sauce is added with soy, rice vinegar, ginger and many spices.... It is very tender and shredded to fill the bao bread. We will also add BBQ sauce. They are to die for!
