Chicken Katsu is a Japanese recipe with different Japanese, Korean, and Hawaiian variations. It consists of a breaded and fried chicken breast, very crispy, served with Japanese mayonnaise sauce for dipping. We created our own version by grilling it while keeping the crispy crust.
