JSegundo veganoNugget?... And it’s healthy? Today we’re bringing you our healthy vegan nuggets served with homemade ketchup.
We make the nuggets with oats, chickpeas, chia, onion, paprika, mustard... a different and very tasty nugget. We serve them with sautéed spinach and peas, with onion and mint. Vegan Comfort food :)
Ingredients: Oats (gluten), chickpeas, onion, garlic, mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, chia, peas, nutritional yeast, quinoa, sunflower seeds. For the homemade ketchup: (ripe tomato, onion, green pepper, brown sugar, paprika, mustard powder, cinnamon, black pepper, garlic, clove, chili).
