This is a simple but very good salad. For those days when you feel like eating something light, healthy and fresh.
The salad goes with lentils, tomato and lots of spices for flavor. We put a vinaigrette with lemon juice.

The flavour also comes in waves, first savoury, then sweet, then “whoa, this is with curry” , The sweet potato is one of those things that sometimes go unnoticed. It is a flavour halfway between carrot, pumpkin and potato but it is softer and sweeter. This cream is especially good and we love it!
