Fantastic platter with falafels and different types of hummus (chickpea, beet and guacamole). The idea is that it is a dish to try new flavours and mix the falafels with the different hummus and pita bread. We will accompany it with very soft spiced quinoa tabbouleh, cherry tomatoes, zucchini.
There is nothing like an herbed chicken and swirling it around in a bed of sweet carrot purée. It's a healthy chicken.
