This bowl is full of veggies, all baked in the oven and with a chickpea hummus dip. Mix everything and enjoy :)
Ingredients: eggplant, tomato, oregano, carrot, spinach, hummus (chickpea, tahini, oil, water, salt and cumin), fine herb vinaigrette (high oleic oil, white wine vinegar, thyme, rosemary, parsley, marjoram, salt and pepper).
The mini ensaimada selection is much flakier and crunchier, with a longer shelf life and an intense flavour. Handmade, to achieve that artisan look that characterises them.
