Turmeric is one of the most appreciated spices in gastronomy lately. Not only because of its intense flavor but also because of its nutritional properties for our body. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects are known in India. We discovered this recipe one day when we wanted to try a chicken that was different from the classic baked chicken, we wanted a basic dish with flavor that everyone would like (the spices are not spicy). This is one of our favorite recipes.

Ingredients: marinated chicken (turmeric, oregano, smoked paprika, oil and salt), feta cheese, cauliflower, broad beans, turmeric hummus (chickpea, turmeric), sesame, oriental spices, cornstarch and salt.
