A harmonious blend of black and white quinoa, enhanced by vegan feta and juicy cherry tomatoes. The chickpeas add substance while the freshness of the cucumber, arugula and mint bring the dish to life.
Accompanied by vegan yogurt sauce in capsule.
Ingredients: white quinoa, black quinoa, vegan feta cheese, cherry tomato, chickpeas, mint, dill, chia, soft wheat, cucumber, pumpkin seeds, arugula and salt.
