The waldorf salad was born at the end of the 19th century, at the Waldorf Hotel. They invented a salad that consisted of only three ingredients: celery, apple and mayonnaise. The salad went on to become a star dish and is currently one of the most famous salads around the world.

The salad is mixed with the vinaigrette.

Ingredients: Oak leaf, apple, celery, walnuts, zucchini, oil, salt and mayonnaise (sour apple, mustard, mayonnaise, celery, egg, oil)
