I tried it in a restaurant and I loved it, a cream with very few ingredients, super easy to cook and very light. It has a mild flavor with a special touch that the basil gives it.

Ingredients: onion, zucchini, leek, basil, water, high oleic oil, salt and pepper.

Topping: Crispy chickpeas with herbs. They come in a separate bag, you can not put the chickpeas in it;)
